Charles the technician was professional and courteous. He was able to analyze and replace the the defective part in short order. In addition he contacted my whole house service warranty service (AHS). He validated my service request so I can be reimbursed for the repair that I paid out of my pocket, all worth it! Can't say as much for my service contract company. Charles informed me that Sears has a whole home warranty service too, once I'm reimbursed I'm taking my business to Sears.
